R E Z E R E C T A rendering & design, is a drafting service and a business that first started in the spring of 2020 shortly after the coronavirus pandemic began. In the beginning stages of the business there was no direction, but that is because sky was the limit! The founder of this business, Arthur Harutyun Kesenci had big dreams from the get go, and would still like to take this places where no one else could imagine. The name of this business comes from a few different places in mind, but the goals of what we do is to bring life and to essentially reinvent the wheel.

R E Z E R E C T A wants to be able to bring useful services to just about anybody. Right now we work mostly with brand new designed, constructed and built residential homes in Bergen County, NJ. The local area has had a resurgence as of late, and for us this is the perfect place to start our own resurgence or “resurrection” of architecture & design.
